OSG Usage Policy for UTA ATLAS Southwestern Tier 2 Resource

This computing center is operated on behalf of the ATLAS collaboration and is intended to be used primarily by researchers within the collaboration. We expect to make a limited amount of our resources available to the OSG community. ATLAS researchers will have the highest priority in the system.
